I worked with Sophie and agreed to purchase a window. After driving an hour to get to their location, Sophie called me to tell me the window is lost or stolen. I asked her if she could work with me on a different window to compensate me for this error on her part. She said she would do nothing. I have no intention of using this business and would steer clear.
The staff in this company are very skilled and hard working, they did a beautiful job remodeling my home, they are fast and efficient. I had builders before but non did such a wonderful job, they are also very affordable compared to other companies. I love that they truly care about our environment and the quality of their work.
Green Built provided very good workmanship and on time for replacing an exterior door and skylight for me - Great service!
The entire team at Green Built Northwest was a pleasure to work with. I had two standard windows replaced, one sliding glass door replaced with a picture window and dog door, and one picture window replaced with a moving glass wall. Sophie worked with me over several days by email, text and phone to make sure every last detail was to my satisfaction.
