Owner is arrogant and condescending. I purchased $10,000 worth of cork flooring, then two weeks later, they had a sale 15% off. I contacted them and asked for the discount since it was within 30 days and the owner laughed. Many professional companies offer price protection within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately this is not one. Its not so much the discount, its the manner in which Joel handled the conversation. Trash customer service. I will be using The Green Design Company instead as they have WAY better customer service than you all do. I placed an order and our product was shipped in two separate orders. I reached out to inquire if they were shipped in two orders. The lady treated me like I was an idiot. I never got shipping notifications (though she claimed I did.
