Owner is arrogant and condescending. I purchased $10,000 worth of cork flooring, then two weeks later, they had a sale 15% off. I contacted them and asked for the discount since it was within 30 days and the owner laughed. Many professional companies offer price protection within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately this is not one. Its not so much the discount, its the manner in which Joel handled the conversation. Trash customer service. I will be using The Green Design Company instead as they have WAY better customer service than you all do. I placed an order and our product was shipped in two separate orders. I reached out to inquire if they were shipped in two orders. The lady treated me like I was an idiot. I never got shipping notifications (though she claimed I did. SCAM! Avoid at all cost! I paid for samples that turns out to be “rental” , they put the rental mark very small at the last of the description. Once you receive the package, they’ll email you asking for additional $75 for keeping it? $85 dollars for just a couple samples? I have reported this company to FTC. Following up their reply, there were less than 10 samples in the box, they made seem like there is a lot, there actually isn’t. samples are to KEEP for future spec, NOT end up in landfill!
