Best people. Staffs are friendly and easy to go along with.
Absolutely terrible. Infuriating. Impossible to get any maintenance requests done. Seems like nobody actually works in the office, nobody answers the phones. If your property manager is Kirby, buckle up THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED. Have been a tenant of this management company for about 14 months. Floods, break-ins, trash problems, rodents, cockroaches.
One of the worst management companies in all of NYC. We’ve been dealing with the same issues that continually compound upon themselves for over 3 years now. They take forever to respond and are completely unorganized. I’ve continually missed work to grant maintenance access to the apartment, and no one shows up. The same leak has been reported over 15 times now since 2020. If it were possible to leave a negative review with no stars I most definitely would. I am honestly a very reliable tenant, I proactively reached out to the management team 90 days before I planned to move out to give them notice. This property management company lacks professional courtesy and is very disorganized. Upon move in, they do not provide you with ALL keys. Upon move out they may demand that you move out before the end of your lease so someone else may move in. I had to leave work in the middle of the day to move ... read more
Does not respond to service requests and have had to call many times to get my deposit back after moving out... Very difficult company to get a hold of in general.
