Terrible don’t waste your money, they will go in to your home without permission. Maintenance people are horrible half ass everything. When you want something fix they say it’s not their job. Barbara is a piece of work to deal with! Rude and unprofessional

I have lived at Greenbrook Gardens since June of last year. “I had an excellent experience with Roy Cordero from Greenbrook Gardens in North Plainfield, NJ. He recently handled some maintenance tasks in my apartment, including spackling and basic plumbing work. Roy was incredibly neat, clean, and quiet, which allowed me to continue my paperwork without interruption. He demonstrated professionalism and respect for my space, and his workmanship was top-notch.
