I’ve had a wonderful experience living at SDK Gardens. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which really gives me peace of mind. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Living here was acceptable, but the move-out experience was extremely disappointing. The property was not well maintained—common areas often had liquor bottles, cigarette butts, and pet waste. Package theft was a recurring issue. During my first months, police were frequently called to a neighbor’s unit for animal neglect, yet management did little to address community concerns. I love my apartment so much. It us do quiet here and I love it. Thr maner Barbara helps everyone here and goes out if her way to name us happy. Come live here you will be happy.
My family and I have visited this complex and I will have to say, I love it here! The staff in the office is very helpful and understanding. The maintenance and grounds team are very kind and also helpful. Pavement just got finished and the property looks great. Property is well maintained including grounds and laundry rooms , You can’t forget the lounge area and pool. Very quiet and peaceful community.
