I have lived at greenbrook gardens for the last 3 and a 1/2 years when I ask for someone to come fix something, they come right away and even come the next day. What's to make sure everything is okay?The property is beautiful. I'm going to give Carlos a 5 star review. He came right away to fix the lock on my door. And the maintainment of the property is superb. Great place to live.
Barbara B and Fabion along with her operations support team are the best past of Greenbrook Gardens. When there has been concerns and issues, Barbara makes it her business to create and expedite a resolution. She has a very difficult job. I often feel the need to offer to do something for her, as a way to show gratitude.

I love living here!!! I just renewed because the maintenance team is Ana big and the office staff is so helpful!!! Barbara is do kind and helpful and goes out of her way to help everyone. Live here you won’t regret it.
I’m currently in the process of moving in, and I’ve had an excellent experience with the SDK Greenbrook Gardens team so far! From our first phone conversation to meeting in person, Barbara has been incredibly kind and helpful. Fabian has also been great—communicating clearly and answering all of my questions along the way. I feel confident and comfortable knowing this team will be there to support me as I move in.
