They are very friendly, efficient, and professional. The gentleman who handled our closing was extremely knowledgeable, took his time making sure we understood everything, made sure to have us write down reminders to register for our warranties, Homestead Exemption, and more. Very pleased with their service.

I cannot say enough about the staff at Green Brick! They were handed a disaster situation by my lender, but worked quickly and efficiently so that we would not have to delay our closing to the next day. They problem-solved at a moment's notice and even stayed late to ensure that we closed. Closing on my home was supposed to be a great day, and this day was the WORST and most stressful day because they didn’t communicate wire instructions. Listen to other reviews and avoid if at all possible. Only used them because I was forced to by the builder.

Mrs. Tracy Schaede , at the title office was very friendly and professional. She did an excellent job and was nice and kind. You don’t much of that these days. Looking forward to doing business with Tracy in the future. Excellent!
