They were very thorough. The tree I had removed had branches over my roof. This made it a complicated removal. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the debris.

We had a dead pine tree at the of our hill that was starting to pull up at the roots and leaning right over our house. Right in front of the pine was a Bradford Pear that was also leaning over the house. We thought we were only going to be able to afford the dead pine to be removed, but Erik gave us a great price for both and we couldn't refuse it.
