I've used Green Bear Heating and Air twice now—once to install a heat pump and another time for a mini-split system. Both experiences have been outstanding. Nick did a thorough inspection and cleaning of my gas furnace and heat pump while answering all my questions.
Requested to get a propane fireplace fixed. Tech was here quickly, but left in a half-hour. Said it wasn't fixable. Quoted us $5900 for a replacement. Cost us $168 for a minimum cost for a visit. Had another company take a look three days later, and they fixed it same day. They charged us $590 to fix. Feels like they Green Bear never intended to fix anything...just an opportunity to sell us something new.
