Very happy with the service. We have a 30 year old fireplace and the pilot light was turned off years ago. Justin and his coworker did a great job in cleaning up, evaluating and testing the unit. They even waited for the flame to burn properly making sure there’s no more obstructions in the unit blocking oxygen. They performed very professionally, and leave the room very clean. Much appreciated for their work and respect their professionalism we will definitely continue working with them for regular maintenance.
I called Green Bear because they service furnaces and gas fireplaces. They did the most thorough cleaning of each that I've ever seen. Additionally, the addressed issues with my poorly installed fireplace and replaced the "stones" for us. All of this at no extra charge. Nice, polite and knowledgeable.
He worked very hard to take care of the problem with my remote,even though he wasn’t able to fix
