Nick came to do maintenance service on our heat pump, water heater, and furnace. Arrived right at the beginning of the four hour window. Completed everything in two hours, and answered all the questions I had. Thanks Nick!
Kept their word. Getting harder to find this quality in contractors. Original quote was for two days labor to replace a failed furnace. Took 4 days, problems with circuit boards that took time to find and then replace. They finished the job for the original quote. There was also an error in the original quote over the hours needed, we split the difference with them. Both sides win, both sides lose a little. That is a fair deal.
