so confused with this company, not sure how they got such good reviews. i scheduled an estimate and the project manager came and was totally over complicating the project thinking of irrelevant details before the high level scope was even drawn out. i told him i didnt want to get into the minutia yet until i knew where their estimate landed. and he got a little argumentative. i new it was not a good fit from the first 20 minutes. i never heard from them again. no estimate was sent. no phone call. no clarification email or fo... read more

This review is purely based on customer service as I did not actually go through my project (yet). From setting up a phone consultation (separate review), to the in-person project assessment and follow-up, everything has been easy, professional, and transparent. Oren was assigned as my project manager. I felt that he really listened to what I had envisioned and then offered his own expertise and suggestion without seeming like he was pushing his own agenda. I had a great experience with my project with Green Bay modeling from the beginning consultation that we aligned everything exactly the way I wanted Eli was my project manager and throughout the act of work itself we communicated perfectly and the design process came out exactly the way I envisioned and wanted thank you.
