Arrived and checked in. Given a door right away. I gave them 5 stars because everyone is so friendly. Everyone I passed said good morning, or hello.
Loading 2 hours. No overnight parking, but you can stay on the street.
Extremely slow
Used to be real good to unload rolls here. Now it's by appt. only and can't even check in until 30 minutes prior, even if no other trucks are there. After getting one of the two roll delivery docks, they still don't start unloading until exact appt time, even if you're the only one there. Ridiculous waste of time.
I arrived 2 hours before my appointment and they told me to return at 9:30am, 30 minutes before I returned when they indicated me and without any problem they checked me for my load and gave me a door immediately, very friendly staff and polite
