Customer service is a big deal. Here are a couple scenarios I think are worth taking note of, and certainly remembering if you are looking for lawn and irrigation service. We have had yard service with Green Baron for quite a few years, but over the last couple years the service has declined dramatically. We have seen certain employees come and go, and unfortunately it always seemed like those who treated us the best were the ones to leave. Unfortunately, we will be switching service after a number of years with Green Baron. If you pay for a service, the customer should be priority no matter how long it takes. If you don’t do what you were paid to do, you make it right - every time! Green Baron is obviously leaning heavily on the fact that they are controlling a large portion of this market in Yakima. Called them out to cut 4 large fruit trees in my yard. Matt and his crew did a fantastic job and left my yard looking great. Very happy and would call them again if I needed another tree removed!
