Sarah I went this place, 'Cypress Auto Spa' which is located at Lincon & Vallyview for the first time last week. One of my friends commended this place. Anyhow, I really loved their services, car was cleaned well and I enjoyed the foods at the Mexican food restaurant inside of the car wash. and by the time that I finished drinking the fresh fruit smoothies from the juice bar, my car was done. I usually wash my car once a week, from now on, I guess the "Cypress Auto Spa" will be one of my favorite place to hang out.
Focus on cleaning cars! Horrible car wash. I don't care if they have a huge aquarium, a restaurant or that its a" high class place", or that the workers have uniforms or that there is new management. They still have the same bad workers, sh*tty service and pushy ticket guy. Focus on cleaning a car and in a timely manner.I wont be going back and I don't recommend this car wash, besides its more expensive than the rest of the car washes.
an outstanding place WOW! This new ownership is awesome. I've been at Cypress Auto Spa a couple of times; it's a high-class place. They provide an excellent service. This place is clean, people are friendly here, and they are a good deal as well. The new manager was a great guy, I noticed how he treated the customers; he checked each car, talked to the customers, unlike other places. Don't believe these reviews! I am fairly picky about where I get my car washed. I'm not super anal, but I definitely expect them to do a good job. Having just moved to the Cypress area I have been looking for a quality place and after reading some of the reviews on here, it sounded like this place could be a great place. Boy was I wrong. It really makes me wonder if some of these reviews weren't put up by the business owners/friends themselves. Notice how two of them use the exact same phrase, "high class place". horrid I took my car tuesday 9/15 at 4pm when i was visiting my folks, I asked if they could wash & treat the leather in my car, they offered me a special on a detail for $110, i agreed, paid and they told me to pick it up at 5pm that day. I returned at 5pm and they had'nt touched my car, the attendant told me the detailers left early so they didn't do anything (my car sat in their possession for 2 hours, they never called me nothing).I asked for a refund, instead they offered to give me a gift receipt and clean my engine th... read more
Please Read this before you go to this car wash! I took my car that I was about to sell to the CAR SPA. The manager convinced me to get a detail. He said that it would like brand new so I could put it on the car lot. I agreed. I came back in an hour to find a strange man under my hood pulling wires from my engine. I was told that my car died in the car wash and they couldn't get it started. Long story short.... They steam cleaned my engine and blew out electrical system. they are okay First of all, they are to expensive. I think that they need to lower down there prices. Second, the workers there look at young girls. Third, they charge way way to much.
Outstanding Place Ive bin coming to this car wash for a coiple of months already, and boy what a place to get my car washed and detailed. From what ive seen they always have bussines, always detailing cars and on top of everything that happens there. A very handsome gentelman named tony greets you when you pull in. always afforing specials to me and all of the coustemers.
