Service advisor Kelly was wonderful and courteous when I first came in asking if they could reprogram my key remote. She scheduled me an appointment and everything went great during the appointment. The only issue I have is they have charged me twice for a credit card fee totaling 8.09 when I did not used a credit or debit card. I wrote a check for the total amount. I did not see the charge until after checking the bill. I will be calling the dealership back to question this charge.

Breann was extremely professional and focused. He knew the vehicle inside and out, and when he didn’t have an answer, he was upfront and found it quickly. I appreciated his honesty and direct approach — no pressure, just clear information. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone shopping for a Toyota or Volkswagen.
