We bought our son a brand new Volkswagen Jetta from Green Volkswagen in Springfield, Il. I had the air bag idiot light come on in the dashboard of my son’s Volkswagen Jetta and the horn stopped working. Both are safety issues and should been addressed soon. I immediately called to set up an appointment and the soonest appointment available was in 2 months! That is ridiculous!!! Good experience overall. Could have been faster but deal was fair.
We are super pleased with how Service manager, Rick took care of us! We had some concerning issues and he did everything to make it right! We were very happy with the end results! Thanks again to Green for having someone like Rick that actually cares about the customer and their concerns and wants to keep their business!
