I had a scheduled oil change on our VW Taos. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The waiting areas were clean. The lounge area had one of the FIFI games on!
I took my car to Green Car Dealership for repairs, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Communication has been very limited throughout the entire process. It’s extremely difficult to get an update because phone calls are rarely returned, leaving me wondering what’s happening with my vehicle.
