This time, I took my 2015 Passat TDI there for warranty work because they are the only Authorized VW service in Springfield IL The warranty on my steering wheel sensor/spring is extended to 15 years by VW. After waiting a month for an appointment, I finall got my car there. Green VW told me they could not do anything with this warranty item and did not offer to re-schedule.
