Went in and was ignored by the receptionist. Two other people were chatting at their desks and literally would not acknowledge us. Looked around for a while and asked receptionist if someone could help us and she had an attitude and said everyone was busy and that she was closing and would not be able to help me even though they were open for another half hour. Great place
Lisanne was phenomenal! So informative and helpful, with such a pleasant demeanor. Appointment only is a bit frustrating, though. I think having someone available for walk-ins would go a long way.
