Made me wait a long time while he was on the phone with other people. The actual business interaction was fine and actually quite pleasant, but then I had a problem with the medication. I called it in He claimed that he was going to phone. My doctor I waited and waited , apparently that did not happen. It's been over a month. I'm still in agony every single day And then when I got someone else to ask, he said, my file doesn't exist suddenly
