Several years after install, the condenser started making weird noises on start-up (squeaking, buzzing, clunking). A local guy take a look and found the unit had not been fully charged with refrigerant during installation. We added several pounds of Puron and the performance improved somewhat. While cleaning the indoor coil, a good inch of water was found at the bottom of the drain pan. I had a technician by Name Milton Mariano from your company come out to my house 8/27/25 . To repair my A/C unit he said the capacitor had to be replaced & he was charging us $400.00 to replaced.Which was extremely high price. He had came 2 months ago & charged us $700 for 2pounds of freeont which he did not fill up. It’s so sad how he took advantage of old folks. My A/C not working. Mike, the owner did all of my heat and air conditioning, designed the whole system. It was a a complicated project He has maintained it ever since it was installed I’d highly recommend him a very nice person
