I had a technician by Name Milton Mariano from your company come out to my house 8/27/25 . To repair my A/C unit he said the capacitor had to be replaced & he was charging us $400.00 to replaced.Which was extremely high price. He had came 2 months ago & charged us $700 for 2pounds of freeont which he did not fill up. It’s so sad how he took advantage of old folks. My A/C not working. Mike, the owner did all of my heat and air conditioning, designed the whole system. It was a a complicated project He has maintained it ever since it was installed I’d highly recommend him a very nice person

Today at 5/10/25 it's 97 degrees and you could feel the heat wave drying up every part of you and I had my insulation done and a new air conditioner done and a new nest installed by these guys about a month ago and I didn't want to write a review until there was a true test to their work. I'm glad that I got these guys to come and do their thing because I essentially had no insulation and even with the a/c, the upstairs would get hot.
