We have been long time customers of Green Air .. good service technicians on recent maintenance and very good customer service. They aim to please!
Several years after install, the condenser started making weird noises on start-up (squeaking, buzzing, clunking). A local guy take a look and found the unit had not been fully charged with refrigerant during installation. We added several pounds of Puron and the performance improved somewhat. While cleaning the indoor coil, a good inch of water was found at the bottom of the drain pan.
