AC went out this evening. Called the Green Air on call tech, and actually felt bad about it, being a Sunday night. But it is 80 degrees in the home and that’s just not bearable. Jonathan came out within the hour and was happy to help. He diagnosed the issue and gave us advice on what to do - repair or replace. He has been here a few times and knew his way around. Super polite and friendly. Thanks Jonathan!

Knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Jonathan came to our house yesterday for a scheduled maintenance visit. After inspecting both of our indoor and outdoor units, he thoroughly explained his findings and provided a practical recommendation that took into account what repairs should be prioritized and what could likely wait (some of our equipment is original to our 20 year-old house). I appreciated Jonathan's honesty and his obvious depth of knowledge. This long-term customer remains a loyal fan of Green Air!
