I paid for diagnosis of pool heater. Green Air had an upcharge of nearly $900 for parts, therefore I ordered parts and paid Green Air to do the labor. Within days, the pool heater stopped working. I had to pay for them to check the pool heater again. I was informed I needed to replace a different part. I ordered part and paid for labor and within days the pool heater stopped working again. After paying for 4 visits, my pool heater still does not work. Stay away from this company.
Excellent service, explanation and scheduling
Green Air exceeded my expectations. Jonathan was on time, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them as the experience was the best I have ever experienced from the folks working in the office to the actual service call.
Robert and Jonathan serviced my unit and changed air filters and answered all of my questions. They were courteous and professional.
