2 year old system. I gave authorization when they assured me the entire system was under warranty. First service call/evaluation installed ordered part and didnt resolve problem. So after guessing at the problem the first time, they ordered and installed more parts which did resolve the issue. I Really Wish I Could Give a ZERO!! They Way Overcharged for ZERO Service! We had a Blower fan that would not shut off. I suspected it received a Power Surge while we were away for 2 months. I Called Green Air based on Hammock Bay Neighbors recommendations. They sent out a young tech who diagnosed it in 10 minutes! We paid a $115 Service fee.
