Needs new management, very rude, tasks are not performed in a timely manner. Was given the run around and no one could gives me answers to the questions I asked. Very unprofessional and talking about their personal lives.
RecommendedOver the years I have worked very closely with the staff at Turning Brook. They are very caring and compassionate individuals. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place like "home". :)
Although the staff (CNA's, RN's) do their best to keep up and provide dignity and love to the elderly in their care. They are not updated on care plan changes, given so many rules that change constantly they can't keep up with them and rules that put the elderly in their care at risk with no explanation given. Administration needs to change and quickly. Unless that happens I cannot with all honesty recommend this facility....
This place is managed by a lady named Kathy and she does not know the first thing about how to run a facility like this. She does not in-force her team members to all follow the proper care for all residents and I would NEVER recommend putting a family member is this facility. The nurse Jill does not follow the care plans either. She should not be working as a nurse here or anywhere for that matter. If you want your family members health condition to worsen, send them to this facility!

RecommendedJust wish the food was better for the residents , overall care is pretty good..... but the food does need lots of improvement !!!! Tonight they ran out of food ... rediculous 6/17/19 food still needs to be improved !!!!!
RecommendedTurning Brook is the closest to your own home if you need to place your loved ones somewhere. The staff and workers are truly loving and caring individuals.
