Lived in these apartments for a couple years, very quiet neighborhood, lawns kept maintained, lots of activity’s year round you can participate in, nice pool area, friendly people all around. However appliances not up to date, the stove and dishwasher were from the 1970’s (dishwasher never worked properly). We also paid a monthly pest control fee added onto our rent but had serious centipede issues along with ants, and spiders. We heard bats in our Ceilings scratching almost all night.
