Was unfortunately stuck here for 2 years. Terrible water pressure all around. Mold in the windows. Mold in the air conditioners. Holes in the flooring. Maintenance wouldn't fix anything. The lobby doors were always broken. The sidewalks flooded terribly in the rain. Not wheelchair accessible at all! Office staff was always friendly. It's in a fantastic location, very quiet, walkable neighborhood. They hired a horrible lawn care company that would work 3+ times a week, start mowing before 8am, and not finish until 3pm.
