Dont rent from here!!! I promise you that the management is a joke!!! Yesterday noticed my kitchen ceiling leaking & the cabinets so i called & she said its from the gutter there’s nothing we can do just have to put some towels down. As of right now my kitchen ceiling has collapsed above my sink. Both bedroom windows were leaking, my mattress is now ruined along with some of my children’s belongings, i started calling management at 9 am its now 5pm & not one person has even been down to look at anything. This is literally the worst place to live. My ceiling is currently leaking in my kitchen, when i called about it was told not much they can do just put towels down, she saying its the gutters. My ceiling is literally caving in & i get told nothing she can do!! Im so pissed right now. This is the absolute worst living & unhealthy place!! & the lady that “runs” these is a joke!!!
Raise our rent by $50 a month and then hire a crap lawn service. Maintenance guy is very nice and office lady is nice. The units are very old and could use updates.
Horrible should be torn down. Mice infested. Roofs falling in. Asked to fix something they put band aids on it and call fixed. Parking lot worse than canton pot holes. Pine trees are over top of your car leaking in the summer. Maintenance and owners do the least and charge the most. Horribly ran
