Brought my pressure washer in for repair in June 2024. He told me that he would call me with a price. I never heard from him. My fault for not getting a receipt. When I called, he didnt remember the unit and I couldnt describe it in detail. Never heard from him again.
dont go there, brought my snow blower one year ago, after the whole year, he did not do nothing to it, when i call, he just told me he could not get the part, or ask me to wait. i took my snow blower back, and go somewhere. he is a liar!
Paul is the absolute best. Super down to Earth and I traveled a decent ways to purchase my gravely from him after going to many “big box/commercial” stores that had no stock ever and just want your money so they’ll try to sell you anything. Saw a few negative reviews and I believe those may have misunderstood him. Helped me pick up a new mower in a bind and went above and beyond for me. I promise you won’t be let down, great experience
Paul is a master mechanic! 20+ years ago my father did work with him and said he was the best mechanic he's ever met. I've used him for a few jobs, and most recently bought a log splitter, and I agree... great mechanic, nice guy, always straightforward and honest... wouldn't want to go anywhere else for work.
Called this morning looking for a part. Seemed like I was bothering whoever answered the phone. Sorry guy not good customer service.
