My opinion was 4 but now has dropped to 2. The "2" rating is applause for the hardworking care givers. The loss of points reflects the fact that the Administrator will not allow my 84 yr old mother to return to her G.A. apartment. Admin is forcing my mother to stay at a facility that failed to give doctor-ordered cumudin, causing Mother¿s protine reading to drop into dangerous levels.
