It was a much better, cleaner, respectable place when the navy base was open and many of the people who lived here were hard-working military people. I’ve Lived here 16 years. They let me have a garden space, water, trash, plowing are included. The problem is the people they allow to continue living here. The police can be called on the same people all the time for fighting, partying, and lord knows what else, but they keep getting just a slap on the wrist. This place is a great environment! Lots of friendly neighbors and parking is always available. The community is great, and you can always find people outside. Large field out back where the kids usually are, and the parking lot is large so people are usually outside.
