We had a wonderful experience with Green Acres Granite. We had no idea how the process worked in getting new Quartzite countertops. Alycia walked us through the entire process and patiently supplied us with many different quotes as we were pricing different stones. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Very disappointed with this countertop installation. Three countertops were installed in about two hours, and the installers damaged my cabinets in the process. They were rushed, careless, and not respectful of my home. The sales side was great — Alycia was wonderful and Bill spent over an hour carefully measuring — which makes the sloppy installation even more frustrating. They were awesome to work with from start to finish. Incredibly helpful and responsive throughput the process. Easy to get ahold of with any questions. Once I selected a slab, the installation was completed quickly. The installers did an amazing job and the counters look great. So happy with how everything turned out.
Alycia is a superstar. She is so friendly and responsive. We have had a fantastic customer experience with her and the installation team. Shoutout to Taylor on the installation team. He managed to squeeze in a quick service call right before the holidays. We are very happy with the quartz installation. It looks beautiful. I can put up pictures once our backsplash is done!
