I have always had great customer service. In the process of selling our home and just needed a little more to get us to settlement. Instead of taking advantage of our situation, we were offered a very cost effective alternative.

BEEN A CLIENT FOR YEARS AND TWICE NOW, THEY LEFT MY CHILD AND I FREEZE AND WITH NO HOT WATER ALSO.....I LOST MY JOB AND ONE DAY 2 WEEKS AGO I WOKE UP AND NO HEAT/HOT WATER. I THOUGHT MY FURNACE WAS NOT WORKING AGAIN. SO I CALLED ABC HEATING AND COOLING. THEY TOLD ME THAT I HAD NO OIL. I WAS LIKE WHAT, I WAS ON GREEN ACRES PAYMENT PLAN. Unfortunately for them, they have incompetent employees. Twice they delivered incorrect oil amounts to my home, and I was charged for the full amounts. Management and owners have always seemed sympathetic, and they do have low oil pricing, but again, their employees do not have any real listening skills and incorrect oil amounts have caused damage to my home (overflowing an oil tank that poured onto a dirt floor, leading my home to smell of oil for MONTHS). We will no longer use their services.

I called for Maintenence service and made an appointment. The tech showed up, was in the basement for a few minutes, and left without a word. I called and asked what happened. The woman said she would have the service manager call me back. He did. He said that the tech claimed that my son said the boiler wasn't working, and that would require a service call rather than simple maintenance. I called green acres fuel on Thursday 8/31/17 for a fuel price (2.00.9) for my zip code. I said ok I would like to set up a delivery, I was told they are in my area on Tuesday. Then there was a pause on the phone while the woman on the phone conversed with someone in the room with her. She then told me I need to call back tomorrow to schedule an appointment for Tuesday.
