Love the classes they offer. Body Pump, Dance Fit, Spin class, and a stretching class. I believe they offer a Zumba class as well. Body pump is offered many days at many different times and the teachers are wonderful. Dance Fit is such a fun class and Angela is an amazing teacher. Body pump, Dance Fit, and Stretching classes I have been to have the nicest and friendliest group of women who welcome you, make you feel a part immediately, no judgement, and uplifting each other.
