Love the classes they offer. Body Pump, Dance Fit, Spin class, and a stretching class. I believe they offer a Zumba class as well. Body pump is offered many days at many different times and the teachers are wonderful. Dance Fit is such a fun class and Angela is an amazing teacher. And Lori and Kathy at Body Pump are terrific teachers as well.
