This’s one of the best Sod store mmms if not the best store I have bought sod from.
Employee has very bad service he does everything loads, charges and seems overwhelmed and that is where customer service goes down, maybe hiring an additional employee will help. Go elsewhere there is plenty of places.
Good deal on sod kinda rude employees though but the price of the sod I guess that the kind of stuff u have to deal with
DONT SHOP HERE. My pallet of grass at the bottom came damaged. I called to let them know and customer service was very rude. They didn’t care about the damaged grass, didn’t offer to replace it even though I have photos of the damaged grass they sent me. Customer service told me to take my business elsewhere and hung up on me.
