Was not told anything about chicken farm near by. .05 miles away. The smell is so nasty 🤮 smells occasionally but when it does. It’s the most nasty smell ever. Overall the crew from holt is nice and very good to work with. Amazing people. The home itself is nice too, and the area. But the only thing wasn’t told about the farm nearby, would have not bought the home if I knew the smell. I am currently trying to contact Washington public health over this.
