Greeley busses are a joke this small of a town and they never show up on time which makes it difficult for work since I can't give a straight answer if i need to come in ive lived in Las vegas,Cali,Nashville, and other big cities and those busses can show up on time with no problems

Poor on timing and poor customer service I took a #1bus waiting until 4:00 bus stop come until 5:30 and went was took my #2 bus at the mall bus driver let off passengers and drive immediately drove had to took number #5 bus had too walk 35 minutes to get home not mention he left high school students

Last time I called during business hours nobody picked up or returned my message . This time , the agent that picked up sounded like she was bothered to even be doing her job . After the call I had thanked her for her time and told her to have a good day . I waited a few seconds for any kind of response and she literally just did not say anything at all . First off , I haven’t gotten on the bus in many years. But the service I received today from the bus driver on route number five was the best most polite I have experienced on a public transportation. I believe her name is diamond Castillo.. That lady definitely deserves Recognition ! Every person she greeted You seem to make their day that much better. God bless..
