Last time I called during business hours nobody picked up or returned my message . This time , the agent that picked up sounded like she was bothered to even be doing her job . After the call I had thanked her for her time and told her to have a good day . I waited a few seconds for any kind of response and she literally just did not say anything at all . First off , I haven’t gotten on the bus in many years. But the service I received today from the bus driver on route number five was the best most polite I have experienced on a public transportation. I believe her name is diamond Castillo.. That lady definitely deserves Recognition ! Every person she greeted You seem to make their day that much better. God bless..
Today 12/26/25 At 2:15 on 13th street and 8th Ave in greeley colorado bus driver didn't stop at red light she drove right through it almost hitting me The number of the bus was 965
On saturday12/20/25 i use the bus for the first time in a long time. I forgot times and everything like that. When I called up there the front desk woman answered everything really politely when I showed up. I purchased the 20 ride bass pass. She was super friendly and helpful with that. The amazing thing was she even came running outside. Making sure that I got on the right bus that way i got to my destination.That was amazing of her.I wish I would have caught her name. she needs a raise.
