stop being racist for one. treating a customer like you did whether or not you agree is Shameful. And then to lie and say it was a shift leader?
Stay clear. I ordered a specialty pizza and buffalo wings and can't remember being so sick. I called them up about being sick so they could check their food for anyone else ordering and was laughed at. The owner, Chris, called me about a week later and rambled on about food safety but the bottom line is I was sick, he took a week to respond, and his management team didn't care. Had pizza with my sister here about an hour ago and we LOVED it. From the salad, pizza, customer service & especially their special made greek dressing. We will be back soon...
The worst customer service ever. I ordered a salad with extra everything paid extra for It and asked the girl up front if I had the order correct she said yes got home it was wrong. Called up there to explain the situation the girl hung up the phone I went up there to get my money back they acted as if they didn't have a manager on duty and took 20 minutes to refund my money. Never had such a bad experience with such awful customer service I will not recommend anyone going there.
