This place is horrible. I tried to give it a chance despite the reviews. DONT DO IT. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. My apartment is nice and have no issues besides the mice infestation. I’ve emailed them twice. No reply whatsoever. They don’t care to reply or do anything about it it’s sickening. They tell you to email them and when you do YOU DO NOT GET A REPLY. THEY DONT CARE. Wish I could give zero stars but have to put one know these things before you sign a lease here when I moved in noticed what appeared to be leaks in the ceiling after a few weeks starting noticing rats/mouse very disgusting I went through and sealed the baseboards and holes still no luck summer is here now and noticing a bunch of ants coming in you can’t sit out anywhere because there’s dog pop everywhere no one picks up after their dogs it seems like the pool if you have little ones doesn’t even work they don’t promote safe... read more
Okay first of all I’m gonna describe to everyone why this place isn’t a good fit. Ok so, there’s literally the whole wall is covered with mold in my bathroom and I heard that’s a health hazard that can bring on diseases. Also don’t get me started on the mice and roach problems. They barely fix anything when you live here. I made multiple maintenance requests that they just deleted off the residents portal instead of fixing. We had rooms flood several times. I spent over 6 months without a working washer, which was included in my rent. There are roaches. They spray periodically upon request which sometimes works. Whenever you actually leave they will do whatever they can to keep your security deposit. The apartments would be nice except for how they're managed. If I could give this place 0 star I would. We lived at Greece Commons for 1 1/2 years. The place smells, there are definitely BUGS and mice. They put us in a building with a family of 10 living above us. Just imagine the running, jumping, screaming, and arguing that went on. All hours of the day and night. We’ve complained about the noises, apparently the family was moving but sure enough a year later they are still there. We truly feel for whoever moves in there.
