They do their best. Rent can be a little lower. Older buildings. Kitchen can use a remodel stove overhead range with a light and normal exhuast fan lol ive never seen one like this one but its unique. One thing i like is its not to modern i cant stand that has charecter, and its worn i guess not just slapped together yesterday. Want give this a anther chance it is cheaper but idk if I want to risk getting car broken into
my sons room had multiple leaks from behind the wall and kept growing mold. they did nothing about it. he was constantly sick even though he slept in my room because of it. do NOT move here.
