Rats infested my sofa, and the matter has not been rectified. Droppings everywhere even on my dining table.
This place is horrible. I tried to give it a chance despite the reviews. DONT DO IT. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. My apartment is nice and have no issues besides the mice infestation. I’ve emailed them twice. No reply whatsoever. They don’t care to reply or do anything about it it’s sickening. They tell you to email them and when you do YOU DO NOT GET A REPLY. THEY DONT CARE. Wish I could give zero stars but have to put one know these things before you sign a lease here when I moved in noticed what appeared to be leaks in the ceiling after a few weeks starting noticing rats/mouse very disgusting I went through and sealed the baseboards and holes still no luck summer is here now and noticing a bunch of ants coming in you can’t sit out anywhere because there’s dog pop everywhere no one picks up after their dogs it seems like the pool if you have little ones doesn’t even work they don’t promote safe... read more
Okay first of all I’m gonna describe to everyone why this place isn’t a good fit. Ok so, there’s literally the whole wall is covered with mold in my bathroom and I heard that’s a health hazard that can bring on diseases. Also don’t get me started on the mice and roach problems.
