I loved here for 12 years with my husband and son and I love it. it is very quiet and peaceful. I love the pool and the new playground that my son can play. and I'm happy here.

I would strongly advise against living here. There are ongoing issues with pests, including roaches and rodents, and it’s something you’ll notice daily regardless of how clean you keep your apartment. The overall cleanliness of the property is very poor. Hallways are rarely cleaned, often filled with cigarette butts, garbage, and strong odors. Been here 12 yrs. And have asked many times for them to paint and take out the carpets that were here wen I moved in. And they have nvr done either. My paint is peeling. They have mice infestation. Thats why I got cats. Wen I moved here was told my bldg was a no dog bldg. I believe im the only one in this bldg with out a dog. Ppl dont pick up the dog poop. So my grandkids cant even play out back. I dont recommend Greece Commons.
