SCAM! NO ONE SHOULD USE THEM. (supposedly 24/7) they aren't 24/7. they will look for every reason to hold your car. The only phone interaction I had involved the other person yelling at me for it being my fault (even though I got there an hour after they told me they were opening up, even though all websites say their 24/7) for having to wait for someone to get the car out of their garage.
