Depended upon Greco services for 20+ years under the Original ownership. New ownership broke trust, horrible communication, broke authorization agreement. They authorized bloated repairs WITHOUT communication or receiving authorization first. Unfortunately NO longer trusted our properties in the care of Greco Realty. Truly hope they get back on track Greco was once a good company under the original owners.

Horrible company whatever you do don’t go here. They mistreated my mother when she went to apply. She came out of the office with tears because the lady was rude and told her “why even apply your income is to small” in such a rude way. Instead of helping her out she shamed my mother. She should not be in realty with that attitude.
Very unprofessional and liars. Don’t trust them, and the person who owns this company is rude and mean. They give us 2 days before a house inspection and never show up. And then they text me 4 days before another inspection and the women that owns the company is horrible mean and rude. And they also don’t fallow California eviction laws either. They know how to get away with breaking illegal renter laws. Don’t rent from these people.
