We lived in our apartment in Elmwood village under Greco rental for 6 years and we absolutely loved it. The only reason we left is because we were moving out of state. I miss our old place. Thank you for a great 6 years, Jill!
I found an apartment through Jill Greco in early 2025. By November of the same year, I’m already looking forward to my lease ending in the spring. The landlord has generally been unresponsive to my maintenance requests, and I’ve encountered a few issues during my first year, including minor pest problems and now trouble with the shared laundry area. I contacted Jill last minute to help me look at some rental properties while in town for a short period of time. Within a couple hours, she found a couple options that fit my needs and coordinated showings. Jill was so knowledgeable about the properties— you can tell she does her homework and has a great relationship with owners. The properties were well maintained. Will definitely contact Jill with any of my future renting needs.
Can’t say enough positive things about Greco Properties and Jill Greco. My partner and I just renewed our lease with Jill for our 3rd year. Jill and her team are very attentive, and responsive when it comes to maintenance requests. Would recommend Greco to anyone renting in the city!
