Our technician’s name is Ronald and he came to complete our annual check of the heating and air conditioning units. He immediately shared with us a problem he assessed and told us what was needed to correct it. He did not try to resecedule us but went ahead to start fixing the problem. This show a respect for our time which decreases the number of visits to our home for repair work. It was a good experience, due to his professional manner and demeanor. Plan to continue to do business with this company.
I contacted Greco Plumbing to request an estimate for replacing a hot water heater. I was told that all their "man power" was tied up on a big job and they weren't interested in providing an estimate. Less than optimal customer care to say the least!
