Greco Linden Hills Painting has helped me out with three projects on my 100+ year old home - so far. The quality of the final product is high. He readily works with the challenges of an older small home, and he has solved some problems that had eluded other painters. I’m already thinking about another project for next year.
We interviewed four contractors to repaint the trim on the outside of our two-story home, keeping the color the same. The other three proposed repainting all of the trim and their proposed charges reflected that. Sid examined the house said that the bulk of our trim was just fine but there were areas - principally on the two sides of the house that get a lot of sun - that needed to be addressed.
