I hired him to inspect a house that I bought.. after I moved everyday had an issue and after a month the ceiling of a bedroom fell down. When I called him initially, he did want to comeback to see all the issues that I had.. his laziness costs me more than 5,000dlls. If you hire him you’ll regret it
Back in October we hired Greco to complete our home inspection. The gentleman was on time and polite. Answered all of our questions and made a few suggestions. We recently got a heavy rain storm and our basement flooded. Our email deleted the copy of the inspection report so we reached out for another copy and the gentleman found every excuse in the book to prolong that.
