Very supportive coaches and community!! Love the energy and ability to personalize your experience with one on one goal setting and nutrition. Great place to either begin your fitness journey or give it a kick in the butt, couldn’t recommend enough

Love this place! The classes are excellent, so well planned & always a good challenge. The instructors really motivate you & offer corrections readily. The space itself is bright, super clean & never crowded. Having your own designated space & equipment in the gym really makes it feel personal.
I love the work outs at LF3 Oakville. It is a great combination of a group class while still getting one-on-one feedback from the trainers. The work outs are challenging but can be modified for every individual. I would totally recommend LF3 Oakville.
