Management was often difficult to reach, and when concerns were raised, responses were slow or unhelpful. Maintenance requests took longer than expected, and communication regarding property issues was inconsistent. People, please try Greccio out. I don't know how you can EVEN complain about folks who offer low-income housing in this town ! I've been living in Greccio Housing for the last seven years, across 3 different properties, and I have never been treated with anything but kindness and courtesy. ANY maintenance issue I've EVER had has been addressed within a day. I've had maintenance show up at 2 in the morning for a malfunctioning carbon-monoxide detector, within an hour of my phone call.
