People, please try Greccio out. I don't know how you can EVEN complain about folks who offer low-income housing in this town ! I've been living in Greccio Housing for the last seven years, across 3 different properties, and I have never been treated with anything but kindness and courtesy. ANY maintenance issue I've EVER had has been addressed within a day. I've had maintenance show up at 2 in the morning for a malfunctioning carbon-monoxide detector, within an hour of my phone call.
