I recently purchased a new refrigerator and freezer from Grebe's. Jared in the Appliance Dept. coordinated the sale to me and Ken & Daniel were the ones who delivered them to my home. Jared was very knowledgeable, polite and answered all my questions. Once the delivery was scheduled, Jared followed-up with me a couple days before the delivery and Ken called me just before they came to deliver them. OMG. I need a compressor start replay for my fridge. I called them at 8:07 am. Sat on hold for 13 minutes. Finally talk to parts guy. "Do you have compressor start relays?". Model number?". "I don't have it right now. Do you stock start relays?" "Maybe. Got a model number?" "I am not asking for my specific relay... just to know if you stock them. If I came in there and looked around would I find compressor start relays?" "Maybe. What's your model number?"
The customer service and selection is amazing.
My fiance and I were having some concerns about our washing machine making an odd house. Alfonzo from Grebe's came out to take a look and did a WONDERFUL job of explaining what the problem was, and helping us. He entered with a smile, made us comfortable, and was very professional. Give this guy a raise!! If we need maintenance in the future we will always be requesting Alfonzo. Thanks for all you do!!
