This week, I called to see if they could work me in because my yorkie had a possible eye infection and spoke with Kayla. Kayla has always conducted herself in a professional and friendly manner and I always enjoy talking to her. They were able to work me in and Dr. Anderson was able to see my Gizmo. Dr Anderson was professional and attentive to my needs. He explained in detail his diagnosis and was patient with me and my questions. Dr Anderson and all his staff are so caring and truly love all the pets that are brought in. They kindly squeezed me on today when my dog developed a huge hot spot on her shoulder. Wouldn’t take her anywhere else.
I didn’t like the service this time, i went in to get my dogs nails cut and they said next time they have to sedate him. I have never had a problem with them cutting his nails. Front desk lady was really not nice, customer service is at least to smile. Never had a problem with this veterinary place till yesterday.
Dr. Anderson and his entire staff are wonderful people. Dr. Anderson always takes as much time as you need to explain any issues and answers all your questions thoroughly. I have several dogs and take in many strays so Dr. Anderson and his staff have performed annual immunizations, neuters, heartworm treatments, teeth cleanings and grooming on my animals. Doctors Anderson and Marsh are wonderful. Dr. Anderson has taken care of Stormy for many years and more recently, Dr. Marsh has treated him on 3 occasions including a surgical procedure. Stormy and I both highly recommend Greatwood Veterinary Hospital.
