I have not had a pleasant customer service experience with the Sun Valley branch and agent for our specific subdivision. It took me over two and half weeks to get a key to my mailbox (which made me late in paying a bill) and other neighbors have told me very similar stories. I don't even want to get into the conversations with the Sun Valley agent. I will be encouraging our HOA to select a property management company actually located in the city our subdivision is in or request that our account be moved to the Boise branch. ... read more
Super dishonest company as they run my estates HOA. Poor customer service as they don’t answer the phones or return voicemails either. I have emailed Patricia serval times over the last few months and she doesn’t reply. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place to rent or do business with. They are super shady and take peoples money and don’t want to help you at all. I would give 0 stars if I could.
