I went in to this company's shop in Round Rock for a simple alignment and left feeling like I was being pressured into thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. I’m very familiar with cars (mechanical engineer as well who was worked for two large automotive brands) and know enough to recognize when someone is exaggerating normal wear items into an emergency. Outstanding Customer Service
Dykstra's Auto in Allendale, MI is the worst. They had my daughters car for 4 days for a simple alternator replacement. It's not just one person that is a complete incompetent baboon, it's the entire staff. I wouldn't trust them to change the toilet paper in a bathroom.
