Locations and machines are great! But there's a strong over population issue... doesn't matter what time or what location you go to, it's always heavily populated where you can't get anything done. I know it's great for their business, but it's difficult on people who wanna be in and out with an efficient workout. I have tried numerous different hours of the day to beat the rush that I am able to, and there's not much fluctuations in how populated it is.

This is such a great facility for the community. They have top notch equipment, and Nesrine was super helpful in running me through a movement assessment. I walked away from my meeting with her with areas to focus on to improve shoulder and hip mobility. GreatSERVICE!
this place is a horrible gym and it is dirty and the workers are extremely rude and unkind i would recomend nobody goes here
