Horrible membership customer service. I spoke to a woman on the phone about canceling my membership to Great Life around April of 2025. She informed me I had to pay through April 2026, which I did. I was informed that my membership would be cancelled after April 2026. Fast forward to April 2026 and I am continuing to be charged and they are refusing to cancel my membership until Feb 2027. Had a great experience getting signed up for a membership here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Facilities were in good shape and the environment was great. Really enjoyed the indoor pool space, with hot tub and other cool amenities.
