This is a good little gym. It is a small and a little limited in its equipment, but it does have some good stuff. It's generally not too busy. And it has been very clean. Be aware that there are no locker rooms. They do have a couple of showers and a couple of bathrooms that you can change in.
Great little gym on the east side. Not very big. And a limited selection of work out equipment. But clean and well maintained. No locker room. But bathrooms and shower rooms. My new workout place after a job change. Some really good staff here too.
Gym had good equipment. Although gym can get busy quick sense it’s smaller size, it should do if your trying to get a quick lift in.
