GREATEST GYM OF ALL TIME 5 OUT OF 5 WOULD RESET MY LIFE TO COME HERE EARLIER!!! Seriously though. its a pretty good place to learn martial arts in general. you have 3 different classes to choose from depending on what weeknights you have available. the instruction is a split between practice and instruction. I like this much more than anchorage dojo's heavy emphasis on understanding, or moutain view dojo's emphasis on practice without much explanation.
The instructors are friendly and will take the time to answer your questions. They will also take the time to help improve your technique or anything you're having trouble with. The people in the class are mixed level and easy to get along with. Come in and check it out!
