Received a call from Greathouse 3 hours prior to my appointment informing me the appointment I made a week ago has been cancelled. Returned the call to reschedule, waited on hold 9 minutes and was informed the next available appointment would be 2 weeks later. I informed the receptionist I already waited a week for an appointment and was not in a position to wait another 2 weeks for treatment. Phone receptionist was unapologetic and appeared to care less.
