I had a pleasant and wonderful shopping experience at Greathouse! I had been shopping for high quality sofa sectional for over 2 years. I didn't want to pay PB, C&B, and EA prices, yet I wanted a beautiful, excellent quality producr, combined with knowlegeable, customer oriented and professional staff..minus any pressure. The staff met my expectations. My neighbor recommended Greathouse to me. She purchased her sofa over 10 years ago, and it looks brand new! I highly recommend Greathouse!
We purchased a custom living room sofa from Greenhouse and are extremely pleased with the result. Paul did a great job sourcing the jewel-tome green fabric we wanted, the construction is very high quality, and the sofa is exceptionally comfortable. Our order was fulfilled in a timely manner, and we could not be happier!
The new place in Mission Valley has extremely snooty employees. Got what I needed at Jeromes and the high end patio store next to Ethan Allen in Linda Vista. I live in Civita and we talk.Someone needs to train on customer service. This new location did not ask what I am looking for and as I left I said thank you and no one looked up or said thank you. I called about a set that was available to purchase online, I was put on hold multiple times then told it wasn't available but a similar set was. I tried to look up the similar set on their website, but it didn't show up. The lady snapped me that it was and then hung up. Very disappointed in the service as I was considering driving three hours to go see the patio set if they carried it or to look at alternate sets, but with service like that, I won't be making the trip.
This is a hidden gem if you are shopping for outdoor furniture. Many types from rockers to extra wide couches plus tons of colors and patterns to choose from.
