Great Florida has been my broker since 2016. I am sad to say that the firm is not very responsive. I have elected to use another broker due to their unavailability. In the past six days I have emailed them twice and left two voicemails without a response.
If I can give zero stars I would!! Impossible to get a hold of. If you purchase a new car, need to make a change, or make a payment, it will be impossible. I will never ever recommend them and will never do business with them!
